In order to be able to use of ProtectLicense’s product and services offered on this website, user should sign up, and shall be obliged to submit truthfully the requested name, last name, email and other data. Password will be sent to the given e-mail address. User should keep the password confidentially.
Upon transmitting of the completed sign-up questionnaire, User communicates an offer to enter into this contract with ProtectLicense and consents to the application of these terms and conditions.
Upon completing registration, User may use products and services offered by ProtectLicense by using User’s account.
ProtectLicense reserves the right to terminate User’s account or to block access to the User’s account, if User breaches these terms and conditions.
ProtectLicense respects its customers' and users' right of informational self-determination. The collecting, processing and use of personal data is conducted only to an extent compellingly necessary for the performance of customer relationships or for the use of the products and services that ProtectLicense offers.
Any collected User or Customer Personal data will never be transmitted to third parties.
Upon User request, ProtectLicense shall delete its customer's or user's personal data immediately.
ProtectLicense has never claimed that our solutions provide 100% security or are uncrackable.
ProtectLicense services and products available to User may contain errors and is subject to periods of interruption. While ProtectLicense does its best to maintain the services and products, it cannot be held responsible for any errors, defects, lost profits, or other consequential damages arising from the use of these products.
Unforeseeable damages or remote consequential damages are excluded from ProtectLicense liability.
As far as the remaining causes of action are concerned, ProtectLicense shall only be liable for intentional conduct.
You may not sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the library, or any subset of the library.
ProtectLicense reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The new terms will be transmitted to the e-mail address 20 days before becoming effective.
This term of this contract is perpetual and unlimited in time. The contract shall remain effective until terminated by either party.
Registering to the web site or using the library signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the ProtectLicense.
